Hong Tu Financial Software (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded in July 1997 as an affiliated company with Japanese-based TIS Group. It is committed to providing IT system construction as required by management for Chinese high-tech enterprises, and customized operations management systems and the earliest technical support. Since its foundation, the company has established strategic alliances with domestic and foreign big names such as Microsoft, UL, Newgrand, and international accounting firms to grow towards scaled commercialization and globalization.

In the very year when the company was set up, it was entitled ‘Star Software Enterprise in Shanghai’ and ‘High-tech Enterprise in Shanghai’. Through eight years fast growth, the company now houses up to one hundred professionals in sales and technical service, a first class team composed of PhDs, masters and bachelors.

The company, as an authorized agent of Microsoft for Solomon ERP package and gold medal partner of Newgrand and UL, has succeeded in serving a wide range of enterprises.
